Under the Arbor Landscape Design provides residential
and commercial design and installation in the St. Margaret's
Bay and surrounding areas of Halifax Regional Municipality.
Cora Swinamer has been landscaping and gardening for
over 15 years. She opened her own landscape design business
in Head of St. Margaret's Bay in 2002. She has a certificate
in Landscape Design from the University of Guelph, holds
a Science degree in Biology and a Business Degree from
Dalhousie University. She is currently working to complete
her Certified Landscape Designer designation.
As a member of the Atlantic Association of Landscape
Designers, she promotes sustainable landscapes and quality,
professional work. She enjoys growing and collecting
a variety of plants including Rhododendrons, Magnolias
and Japanese Maples. She is a director with the Atlantic
Rhododendron and Horticultural Society.
